Who is At Your Service?
At Your Service (AYS) was formed by Jolynn Haven, a long-time resident and entrepreneur in Central Florida/Orlando. After years of juggling business and personal demands, Jolynn found herself often saying, “I wish someone could help me.” When she realized that her friends and business colleagues were saying the same thing, AYS was born.
AYS gladly assists our clients in balancing work-life and personal demands. We excel at providing first-rate team members to help you with the many details that complicate your life.
How do I know I need AYS services?
If you often feel that you need more hours in a day, more time for family and friends, or that you’re under too much pressure to get everything done, then you need AYS.
If you don’t have time to organize your garage, closet, kitchen, etc., then you need AYS.
If you need to move from a large home into a smaller one or care for someone who has to move into an assisted living facility, then you need AYS.
If you never have time to organize all those memories stored in shoeboxes, then you need AYS.
If you want the memories of someone captured in audio and book form, then you need AYS.
We will make your life easier, so you can concentrate on the important things in life, like friends and family and help you manage those things in your life that are difficult for you.

How much do AYS services cost?
Prices depend on the type of service you need. Please contact us for a quote so that we can accurately assess your needs and provide you with a personal quote. If you choose to become an AYS client, we provide a Policy and Services Agreement that will detail all costs to be included in your service request. Additional fees may apply for customers outside our core service area. A $10 key pickup/return charge may apply.
Specialty Packages are also available from AYS.
What are AYS’s business hours?
Our regular operating hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Inquiries during those hours will be answered within one business day and services scheduled as soon as possible. We accept requests for evenings, weekends and holidays, but additional fees may apply.
How do I request AYS services?
Just contact us. It’s that simple.
How much notice does AYS need for my request?
Generally, services require a minimum 24-hour notification prior to providing service.
What if I need AYS quicker?
If you need the help of AYS faster, we will do our best to respond to your emergency. Of course, special fees may apply.
How do I cancel an appointment with AYS?
To cancel an appointment, simply call our office at 407.296.8900. AYS requires a 24-hour cancellation notice on all scheduled appointments. If you cancel an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be billed for 50% of the estimated service time.
How do I pay for AYS services?
AYS will accept your personal check or cash, but most clients find it easiest to establish a PAYS (Prepaid At Your Service) account. You will always receive a detailed invoice that specifies the services you received and all charges that pertain.
Do I pay in advance for items an AYS shopper buys for me?
Items purchased by an AYS personal shopper will be charged to the client’s credit card by the retailer. Or for purchases up to $300, payment will be made upon delivery or deducted from your PAYS (Prepaid At Your Service) account.
Will you tell anyone about the services AYS performs for me?
AYS considers all of our transactions with our clients to be strictly confidential. We will never discuss or disclose any details of services provided, unless you specifically authorize us to do so.
What services will AYS not perform?
AYS will not perform any service that is illegal, unethical, or poses a danger to any person or property. We reserve the right to decline any request for service at our sole discretion.
We can only copy video tapes or DVDs that you have shot yourself. If the material is copyrighted by someone else, it is illegal to make copies. We cannot copy pre-recorded movies or video tapes that were recorded from TV programs.
Can I trust the people that work for AYS?
In one word, YES. We appreciate the trust you are placing in AYS by inviting us into your home or business. AYS is a fully insured and bonded company. All Team Members are extensively interviewed and go through background and criminal checks. AYS also requires that our Corporate Associates are bonded, insured and when necessary, licensed.
