Vacation/Snowbird Package
Snowbird Package – to monitor your home while you’re away. Three levels of service (see below):
We will check every room of your house on each visit and email a report each time, so you know things are alright. If a problem is found, we will take immediate action and contact you for instructions on resolution. With your agreement, if we are unable to get in touch with you, we will resolve the issue appropriately. We also provide a 24-hour phone number, in case you need us to check out a report from your security company. This service is available at three levels:
- Silver ($100/month) – for monthly monitoring (one visit)
- Gold ($175/month) – for bi-weekly monitoring (two visits)
- Platinum ($300/month) – for weekly monitoring (four visits)
May we suggest that you combine this with the Welcome Home Package for your return.
Welcome Home Package
Welcome Home Package when you return home after an extended absence – $90.00
Includes four hours of service for appointment-setting/sitting, grocery shopping (to stock refrigerator and cabinets with requested items) or other errand running, and house-freshening (open windows to refresh the house, re-set thermostat, change bed and bath linens, etc.) for your return. We can even pick you up from the airport!
Senior Assistance Package
Senior Assistance Package to help when help is needed – $90.00
Includes four hours of service for shopping, dry cleaning drop off and pickup, prescription drop off and pickup, dog walking, carryout food pickup, etc.
Newlywed Package
Newlywed Package, for couples returning from their honeymoon – $90.00
Includes four hours of service for appointment-setting/sitting, grocery shopping (to stock refrigerator and cabinets with requested items) or other errand running, and house-freshening (open windows to refresh the house, re-set thermostat, change bed and bath linens, etc.) for the newlyweds’ return from their honeymoon. We can even take them to or pick them up from the airport!
Housewarming Package
Housewarming Package for new homeowners – $90.00
Includes four hours of service for appointment-setting/sitting. We can also arrange for house cleaning service, if desired (house cleaning services will be billed separately).
New Parents Package
New Parents Package to help make those precious first days a bit easier – $90.00
Includes four hours of service for errand running, such as shopping, dry cleaning drop off and pickup, prescription drop off and pickup, dog walking, carryout food pickup, etc. We can even pick up the new grandparents at the airport!
Personalized – Professional – Confidential
Our regular operating hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We accept requests for evenings, weekends and holidays, but additional fees may apply.
Generally, services require a minimum 24-hour notification prior to providing service. But if you need us quicker we will do our best to respond to your emergency. Of course, special fees may apply.
